EJ Dayment Construction is managed by Eddie Dayment and Joanne Werb. Eddie has been in the building trade for over 38 years and leads a team of skilled craftsmen and fully trained tradesmen.
Recent projects have included the design and refurbishment of the Colcombe Castle hotel, design and development of start-up units at Colyton Business park, construction and refurbishment of new buildings for Lyme Bay Winery, Complete Meats, Mole Avon Town & Country Store, and many extension and renovations to residential homes.
Having completed site training in the South Hams, Eddie set up his building business during the mid-eighties and has completed many projects, including the groundwork at Folaton Estate for 180 new homes, 75 homes in St Austell and over 32 new homes in Totnes including waterfront apartments. In the late nineties he completed groundworks on the Highfield Estate, Dunkeswell where he developed new homes and industrial units.
Joanne is the finance manager and is responsible for all the administration and office management. Having trained in advertising design, Joanne also manages the marketing of the company. She has previous experience working within the field of business development training, where she was responsible for coordinating global training programmes and working on the production of training literature.
The team consists of highly skilled and experienced contractors and sub-contractors who are trained in their specific field of expertise. Each project is project managed by Eddie and carried out to the highest standard.
